This is done once a week, you scrub yourself (body or dry areas) first and then you have a shower normally. Its much safer if you Scrub once a week, so your skin won't be damaged.

Benefits of these ingredients:
  • Brown sugar: Removes old skin cells without causing your skin harm/ irritation.Simply, won't dry you out as you exfoliate . It has Vitamin B which is beneficial to your skin. Its also an antioxidant which can prevent and reverse signs of photoaging of your skin. (Photoaging : is the damage you encounter from the sun's harmful UV rays).
  •  Virgin coconut oil: Helps prevent fungal & bacterial infections in the skin, which allows this oil to be easily absorbed to the skin, giving it a soft & smooth texture. Its also an antioxidant, that fights any harmful radicals in the skin surface. It makes an ideal ointment for the relief of dry, rough and wrinkled skin. People who are suffering from (Psoriasis & Eczema) often see a great improvement in these distressing conditions. Best treatment to heal and protect your skin.
  •  Cinnamon: Helps you keep your body fresh and protects your skin from any harmful infections. Circulates your blood, which gives out a healthy vibrant glow.

Overall view: This scrub helped me stay moisturized for a good week, with the apply of my favorite moisturizer. I had dry patches in my elbows, feet, knees and hands . That went away for a good week. I didn't feel burn when I went out, due to the (brown sugar) helped me be cool.  Personally, i have eczema so, the Virgin coconut oil really helped, it didn't make me itch. I love this scrub because, it really made me feel like a baby after having a shower.
